Last school year CTA and the District signed an MOU to provide all members of the bargaining unit with CDC-recommended health and safety procedures to protect against the pandemic. This school year the District stated that they want to control all health and safety procedures through a district-created manual and have District mandated provisions that the District leaders and School Board can change at any time. How important is it for you to have an Health and Safety MOU that CTA can enforce as contract language?
