The Pittsfield Federation of School Employees (PFSE) Cafeteria Unit and the Pittsfield School Committee are parties to a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) that ran from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2021; and
WHEREAS, the duly-authorized representatives of the Union and the duly authorized representatives of the Committee have met, pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 150E, to negotiate a successor agreement; and
WHEREAS, said representatives of the Union and the Committee have, subject to ratification by the membership of the Union and the District School Committee, agreed to successor agreement(s) for the period of July 1, 2021, through and including June 30, 2022 and July 1, 2022 through and including June 30, 2025;
