The Grafton Public Library Union and the Town of Grafton have completed negotiations on an initial collective bargaining agreement (CBA) that runs from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026; and

WHEREAS, the duly-authorized representatives of the Union and the Town have met, pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 150E, to negotiate this agreement; and

WHEREAS, said representatives of the Union and the Town have, subject to ratification by the membership of the Union and the Board of Selectmen, agreed to a collective bargaining agreement for the period of July 1, 2023, through and including June 30, 2026.
