Bargaining Survey - Classified Staff (Paraprofessionals, Clerical, Security, Professional Technical)

This is a survey from your bargaining team to determine your priorities for the July 2014 through June 2017 contract bargaining agreement. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey. It will help provide your bargaining team with direction, and will ensure that your voice is heard. Questions marked with a red asterisk are required.

1. How sastified are you wth your current contract?
2. What percentage of yearly wage increase would you be satisfied with (not counting a step)?
3. If you have not reached the top of the salary scale, how important is it to you to move up the salary scale one step each year?

5. If your bargaining team is faced with a decision to accept higher wages in exchange for increased out-of-pocket health care expenses, including co-pay on monthly premiums, which would you support?
