ATF GPS: Great Practical Strategies, Teacher-Owned Assessment Series

Creating our own assessments helps us to communicate learning goals, guide and monitor the learning process, and encourage deeper understanding of a concept. Teacher-made assessments are very useful and more authentic because they connect curriculum, instruction, and student learning.

 

In this series, teachers will explore three types of assessment and how they can be used to guide student learning.

 

Participants can attend one session or attend the entire series. Each class builds on the depth and complexity of the previous sessions.
