Welcome to the 2024 AFT-WV Legislative Summit registration page.
Registration Deadline: August 12, 2024 at Noon
This event will be held on September 13-14, 2024 at the AFT-WV office, with lodging nearby at the Four Points Hotel in Charleston, WV.
Locals may send as many attendees as they wish. While lodging will be booked via this registration page, local unions will be responsible for the cost of their own lodging upon check in. Please confer with your local president before registering to ensure they can cover the cost of your lodging. Rooms are $134 per night plus applicable state and local tax.
AFT-WV will cover the listed provided meals for confirmed registrants. Locals/members with outstanding invoices for prior events must be in good standing in order to register for this event.
We will begin the Legislative Summit on Friday, September 13, with a reception from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the AFT-WV office at 1320 Kanawha Blvd., East in Charleston.. A continental will be provided on Saturday at the office and the event should conclude around noon.
AFT-WV Executive Board members: Please note you will have an executive board meeting on Saturday, September 14 at 12:00 PM.
