REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  March 1, 2019  The event is now full. You may continue registering to be placed on a wait list.  We will contact waitlisted members as we receive cancellations.

The 2019 AFT-WV Professional Issues Conference is being held April 5-6 at The Blennerhassett Hotel in Parkersburg, WV.  The conference begins Friday evening with a reception and will conclude on Saturday around 3:00 PM.  In addition to the reception on Friday night, breakfast and lunch will be provided on Saturday.

LODGING AND OTHER INFO
 
 
Reservations:  If you need lodging on Friday night, AFT-WV will reserve and pay lodging for registered participants through submission of a rooming list, but you will need to submit a valid credit card upon check-in for incidentals.  
 
Check-in/Check-out:  check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 12:00 PM.  Lodging guests must physically check-out at the front desk and are responsible for any late departure charges.
 
Cancellations:  Please contact AFT-WV if you wish to cancel your conference registration or lodging.  Cancellations require 72-hour prior notice.  Untimely cancellations or failure to attend (no show) could result in the registered participant being invoiced for lodging costs.
