Interview/Transfer Process Report Form
The MFT recognizes the need for members to have a mechanism to provide critical and timely feedback regarding the current interviewing/transfer process from April to June 15, 2010.
This feedback form will allow MFT members to report concerns of processes or procedures that were not followed or that have created the appearance of impropriety. Please limit your feedback to situations for which you have direct knowledge. While this feedback is confidential and will only be available to MFT leadership, the more specific you are able to be, the more helpful the MFT can be in addressing such issues with District Administration.
In case of an immediate/urgent concern, it is critical that HR hear from teachers prior to any deadlines occurring. Reports made prior to any relevant deadlines can provide documentation that will help to quickly and fairly resolve any disputes that may arise.
For technical issues, contact: webteam@mpls.k12.mn.us For any other inquiry, contact: staffing@mpls.k12.mn.us Please notify your building steward first and call the MFT office if you are unable to resolve your concern.
If you need to speak with an MFT Business Agent, please call Mike Leiter at 612-612-287-0260 or Bonita Jones at 612-612-287-0278. It is helpful if you can summarize in writing what the concerns are and who you have heard from in HR if the concern has been reported.
